Cause there is a Minimum numbers apply (4 passengers), there is a possibility of cancellation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, we will send you a Private Car Just For You with 5 euro of discount for each way (total discount: 10€). You can cancel this Private Transfer for free until 24hrs before.

  • The reservation is confirmed and becomes valid from the moment of reaching the min nr (not before) of travellers: 4 passengers.

  • Credit card details

    Your payment details are secure. We really care about the security of your data. We encrypt your internet session using Industry standard 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption (SSL). This ensures that data you send through your computer are encoded before it leaves your computer.
  • Your credit card security code is a three (or four) digit code found on your credit card. We ask for this security code to ensure the safety and security of your purchase.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

When the reservation is confirmed?

The reservation is confirmed and becomes valid from the moment of reaching the minimum number (not before) of travellers: 4 passengers.
You will be notified each time we get a new reservation, and when the shuttle is definitively confirmed.

When your card will be charged?

As soon as we reach 5 confirmed travellers (not before). A formal ticket to show to the driver will be sent to you by email.
Until 4 passengers, payment is due to the driver directly in cash.

Cancellation Policy

– If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure/commencement time, there is no cancellation fee.
– After you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Max bags allowed

1 large suitecase + 1 cabin bag per person

Meeting point

- at Civitavecchia Port your driver will wait for you under the ship, just after the Customs, boarding your last name;
- at Fiumicino Airport at the Meeting Point of Terminal 3 (T3);
- in Rome City, in front of your hotel or private address

In order to respect the other passengers, the maximum allowed wait time is 20 minutes. It is recommended to be punctual.

Fully Licensed Drivers and Vehicles with the permits to access Civitavecchia Port. Your driver will have a greeting board with your lastname on it.
