WHEN THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?

The reservation is confirmed and becomes valid from the moment you complete the booking process.
But as the group grows, the less you’ll pay!

WHEN YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED?

As soon as we complete the group, reaching the maximum number of confirmed travellers: 8 passengers.

If we do not reach the maximum number of participants, 5 days BEFORE the tour date we will close the group, and your card will be charged. From that moment you can no longer cancel your reservation.

A formal ticket to show to the driver will be sent to you by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– If you cancel at least 6 calendar days (144 Hours) in advance of the scheduled departure/commencement time, there is no cancellation fee.
– After you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

MEETING POINT

Your Fully Licensed Driver has the permits to access Civitavecchia Port. The car will arrive under the ship. Your driver will have a greeting board with your lastname on it.
